The District Of Neumarkt I.D.Opf. Intends To Build An Extension For The Vocational School Center In Neumarkt. The Approximately 40-Year-Old Vocational School Center Of The Neumarkt I.D.Opf District. In Neumarkt No Longer Meets Todays Structural, Energy And Educational Requirements. Against This Background, The District Of Neumarkt I.D.Opf. A Feasibility Study Was Commissioned To Examine Different Options For Renovating Or Building A New Vocational School. In The Feasibility Study Presented In May 2025, The Feasibility Study By The Commissioned Office Krug Grossmann Architekten Gesellschaft Von Architekten Und Ingenieuren Mbh (Krug Grossmann) Comes To The Conclusion That The Examined Variant 1.2 Represents The Economically, Organizationally And Ecologically Preferable Solution According To The Underlying Study Criteria. This Variant Provides For The General Renovation Of The Existing Deininger Weg Building And At The Same Time The Construction Of An Extension. The District Council Of The Neumarkt I.D.Opf District Has Decided To Implement This Variant For The Renovation Or New Construction Of The Neumarkt Vocational School Center. In The Feasibility Study, Krug Grossmann Assumes Total Construction Costs (Kg 200 - 700) Of Approximately Eur 115 Million Gross. Of This, Around Eur 48 Million Is Attributable To The Extension. The District Of Neumarkt I.D.Opf. Intends To Implement The New Extension In A First Construction Phase As Part Of A Combined Award Of Planning And Construction Services. This Is The Subject Of The Present Procurement Procedure. The Second Construction Phase With The Renovation Of The Existing Deininger Weg Building Will Take Place At A Later Date In A Separate Process. The Subject Of The Present Proceedings Is The Planning And The Subsequent Turnkey Construction Of The Extension To The Neumarkt Vocational School Center. The Extension Of The Vocational School Center Covers A Total Of Around 5,750 M² (Excluding Traffic And Technical Areas).
