The Basic Scope Of Services Of The Csire User Support Center (Cw Csire) Will Be Handling Applications To Oire, Various Categories: Gdpr, Zew, Service Regarding Csire, Etc., Directed By Stakeholders Through Various Contact Channels: A. A Form On The Kse Csire User Portal (Mojeire) Dedicated To The Kse User B. A Public Csire Form - Dedicated To Unauthenticated Users C. Chat, Including Using Chatbot (With The Support Of Llm/Si Managing The Knowledge Base) D. Voicebot (With The Support Of Llm/Si Managing The Knowledge Base) E. Dedicated Telephone Lines (In Incoming Traffic - Inbound And Outgoing - Outbound) F. E-Mail Sent To A Dedicated E-Mail Address (Option) G. With Support For Interactions Conducted Via The Ivr Channel. 2. The Second Group Of Services Will Be The So-Called Back Office (Implemented As Part Of The Accessibility Module), Where Initially It Is Planned To Support The Management Of Legal Entity Authorizations For Natural Persons Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Entity (In Particular) Access To The Entitys Pp Data. 3. The Services Described Above Will Be Complemented By Integration Works Ensuring Cooperation Of The Ict Environments Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor To The Extent Necessary For The Efficient Provision Of These Services. 3) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Part Ii Of The Swz And Part Iv Of The Swz. 4) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act. 5) Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 438 Of The Act In Connection With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Requirements Regarding The Obligation To Employ Employees Are Specified In Part Ii Of The Swz And Part Iv Of The Swz. 6) The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And That The Contractor Provide The Companies Of The Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 7) Common Procurement Vocabulary Names And Codes: Main Code: 79512000-6; Name: Customer Service Center 8) Subject Means Of Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Means Of Evidence
