Purchased Services Are Intended For Structures (Buildings) Located In The Territory Of The City Of Kaunas. All Requirements For Services Are Specified In Appendix 7 Of The Special Purchase Conditions Draft Preliminary Agreement. Services Will Be Purchased Based On The Buyers Need. The Procuring Organization, In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, Plans To Enter Into A Preliminary Purchase Agreement With 3 (Or Less Than 3, If Less Than 3 Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers Of The Tender) Suppliers, On The Basis Of Which Basic Building (Non-Special And Simple Structures) Expertise Purchase Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Have Concluded This Contract. The Supplier For Each Specific Task Will Be Selected According To The Procedure Established In The Preliminary Agreement, I.E. I.E.
