Financial Leasing Services – Framework Agreement For Leasing Bicycles For City Employees. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Actively Encourage Its Staff To Use Bicycles For Commuting To And From Work. This Framework Agreement Is Desirable For The Staff Of Stad Deinze, Agb Stad Deinze And Ocmw Stad Deinze And The Educational Staff, With A Contract Of Indefinite Duration. For This Framework Agreement, We Are Looking For A Service Provider With An Extensive And Versatile Offering From Which Employees Can Freely Choose, Including Breakdown Assistance, Maintenance And Insurance. At The End Of The Leasing Period, There Must Be An Option To Take Over The Bicycle Or Return It To The Leasing Company. The Contracting Authority Attaches Particular Importance To The Fact That The Leasing Is Cost-Neutral And That The Administrative Impact, Both For The Organization And For The Employee Involved, Is Kept To A Minimum. The Annual Estimate For This Assignment Is 242,000.00 Euros Incl. 21% Vat. This Amount Is Based On Decreases From Last Year (2025), Which Did Not Yet Include Teaching Staff. The Estimated Annual Turnover Is Purely Indicative. This Amount May Be Greater Or Smaller Without The Contractor Being Entitled To Change The Terms Of The Contract Or Claim Any Damages. There Are Currently 786 Employees, Of Which 110 Have Signed A Bicycle Leasing Agreement To Date. There Are 134 Educational Staff Members Who Currently Do Not Use Bicycle Leasing.
