The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of The Manager (Operator) Of The Herešin Separately Collected Waste Sorting Facility, Including Reception, Sorting, Mechanical Processing, Baling, Temporary Storage And Delivery Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Authorized Recoverers And Recyclers. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase For A Period Of Five Years Is Eur 812,500.00 Without Vat, I.E. A Maximum Of Eur 162,500.00 Per Year. The Stated Amount Represents The Maximum Remuneration Of The Client For Covering The Difference Between The Costs And Income Of Managing The Sortirnica. The Planned Amount Of Waste At The Entrance Is About 2,500 T/Year With A Separation Efficiency Of 60%, In Order To Achieve The Target Amount Of At Least 1,500 T/Year Of Waste Prepared For Recycling. The Operational Fee (Gate Fee) For Quantities Up To 2,500 T/Year Taken From Users Covered By The Agreement Is 0.00 Eur/T, If The Target Amount Of At Least 1,500 T/Year Of Waste Prepared For Recycling Is Achieved. For Quantities Above The Specified Threshold, The Operator Can Propose Another Fee With The Prior Written Approval Of The Client. The Costs Of Disposal Of Technologically Separated Unusable Material (Scrap) Are Borne By The User Who Delivered The Waste For Processing. The Estimated Disposal Cost Is Around 207 Eur/T Excluding Vat For Disposal At The Piškornica Landfill. The Manager Of The Sorting Facility Is Obliged To Achieve The Target Amount Of Waste Prepared For Recycling Of At Least 1,500 T/Year. If The Target Value Is Not Achieved After The First Full Calendar Year Of Management, The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract. An Acceptable Offer Will Be Considered The Offer Of The Offerer Who, With The Fulfillment Of All The Conditions Of The Procurement Documentation, Offers The Lowest Amount Of The Clients Compensation To Cover The Difference Between The Costs And Income Of The Business.
