Request for proposals for Internet Connectivity Solutions Closing Date: 21 Jul 2026 Type: Consultancy The selected service provider will be responsible for the provision, deployment, activation, maintenance, and technical support of satellite-based and/or 4G/5G Wifi connectivity solutions in prioritized humanitarian territories in Colombia, with the objective of enabling real-time communication, humanitarian monitoring, interoperability, and operational decision-making. The project supports the implementation of the Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) Common Mechanism, implemented by 3iS in coordination with partners to strengthen community feedback, participation, and humanitarian coordination. This implementation currently operates in approximately 149 municipalities across 15 departments in Colombia, reaching more than 470,000 people.
