Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than any restriction arising from ITB 4.8. 2. The Electricity Distribution Lanka (Private) Limited (the Employer), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the: Procurement of Plant Design, Supply and Installation - Package 3 Lot A: Three Distribution Control Centers (DCC) with Advanced Distribution Control Centers (ADMS) and SCADA for 3 divisions: Scope of the Project: The project includes the design, supply, factory test, deliver, install, configure, commission, integrate and place into successful operation of three (3) numbers of SCADA, ADMS and GIS supported Divisional Distribution Control Centers (DDCC) and design, supply, factory test, deliver, install, configure, commission, integrate and place into successful operation of eight (8) numbers of Provincial Distribution Control Centers (PDCC). The scope further includes but not limited to configuration, training, documentation, and maintenance support to ensure secure and reliable system operation. (Note: Only major scope of work are specified above. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Bidder shall have Participated in at least two System Integration Contracts as the main Contractor for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of SCADA supported Advanced Distribution Control Centers with Advanced Distribution Management System that are in similar to the proposed contract, that have been successfully completed within the last seven (07) years and successfully commercial operation for 2 year period, where the value of the Bidders participation for each contract shall exceed USD 12.8 million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6 (Employers Requirements). Out of 02 (two) Contracts, one should have been executed outside to the Bidders home country. In case of Joint Venture, one contract should have performed outside to the any partners home country. For joint Ventures, either one partner must meet the requirement OR any of two partners must demonstrate at least one (1) Project successfully completed. Bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover of at least US$ 12.5 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years. .
