The Contract Mainly Consists Of (Non-Limited List): • The Demolition Of The Reinforced Concrete Slab Under The Track A - L27a Above The Roadway Of The Bridges Over The Luitenant Naeyaertplein And The Oudrijderstraat; • The Demolition Of The Reinforced Concrete Arches Under Track B - L27a Above The Roadway Of The Bridges Over Luitenant Naeyaertplein And Oudrijderstraat; • The Demolition And Reconstruction Of The Public Domain And Roads, The Temporary Road Works; • Building The New Reinforced Concrete Bridge Over The Luitenant Nae-Yaertplein And The Oudrijderstraat, And Their Connecting Retaining Walls (L27a); • The Demolition And Construction Of Tracks As Part Of The Works (L27a) As Well As The Construction Of A Dead End On The Former Station Site In Antwerp East; • Renewing The Tracks (Rails, Sleepers, Ballast And Service Paths) As Indicated On The Location Plans; • Adjusting Overhead Lines In The Context Of The Works (L27a), In Particular The Demolition Of Pole 57/56 On The Bridge Over The Luitenant Naeyaertplein, Adjusting The Crossbeam Involved, Moving The Overhead Line (With All Accessories Such As Carrying Cables, Air Earthing, Etc.) Out Of The Contractors Required Work Zone, Installing A New Pole 57/56N With Associated Crossbeam, Placing The Overhead Line In Position And Re-Pending Where Necessary; • Moving The 2 Fiber Optic Cables (Attached To The Overhead Line Poles On The Side Of Track B Of L27a) Out Of The Contractors Required Work Zone; • Renewing One Overhead Line Construction On The Bridge Over The Luitenant Naeyaertplein; • All Kinds Of Cable Works In The Context Of The Works; • The Construction Of A New Drainage System, The Restoration Of Water Management; • Renovating The Masonry Section Of The Viaduct Of The Bridges Over Luitenant Naeyaertplein And Oudrijderstraat (L12); • Preserving And Applying Waterproofing To The Metal Track Decks Over The Stenenbrug And The Turnhoutsebaan (L27a) On Site; • Strengthening The Web Plates Of The Main Girders Of The Metal Track Decks Over The Stenenbrug And The Turnhoutsebaan (In L27a); • Preserving The Historic Railings On The Stenenbrug And The Turnhoutsebaan, With Consoles And Other Service Path Structure (In L12 And L27a); • Repairing And Protecting The Concrete Abutments And Pillars Of The Stenenbrug And The Turnhoutsebaan (In L12 And L27a); • Installing A Waterproofing Layer On The Bridge Over The Statielei (L27a) On Site; • Repairing Watertight Joints On The Bridge Over Damplein (L12 + L27a); • Renovating The Masonry Structures And Concrete Repairs On The Bridge Over Damplein (L12 + L27a); • Renewing The Signaling System Of L27a; • Returning Sites And Roads To Their Original Condition; In This Assignment, Tenderers Must Indicate Their Co² Ambition Level Based On A Co² Performance Ladder
