Construction Work – Tender For External Windows; Exterior Doors (Trade 326B) For The New Akk Building. A Semi-Inpatient Day Clinic Will Be Housed On The 1St Floor, Which Will Serve As A Replacement Area For The Construction Site Clearance Of The I-Haus. The Ward Mainly Contains Examination Rooms For Diagnostic Purposes. There Are Also Lying Rooms Where Patients Receive Infusions. A Large Lounge Area Is Used For Waiting Between Individual Examinations. Serving Rooms Such As A Base, Work And Storage Rooms, Sanitary Rooms And A Distribution Kitchen Complement The Space Available. 2Nd Floor: The 2Nd Floor Is Also Used As An Alternative Area For The Newly Built I-House And Serves As A Ward. The Floor Has 16 Patient Rooms With 20 Beds. There Are Also Areas For The Interdisciplinary Base And Staff Stay, Examination Rooms, Offices, The Distribution Kitchen, Storage And Sanitary Rooms. During The Interim Phase, The Existing Areas In The North Transition And The Areas In The New Rehabilitation Building Will Form A Functional Unit. 3Rd Floor: The Ward For Child And Adolescent Psychiatry, Which Is Currently Housed In The H-House, Will Move To The 3Rd Floor. There Are 15 Patient Rooms With 18 Beds Available As Well As Therapy, Examination, Lounge And Work Rooms For The Staff. Apartment-Like Common Areas Take Into Account The Fact That The Children And Young People Will Stay There For A Longer Period Of Time. The Ward Will Remain At This Location Even After The Interim Use Of The Floor Below Has Ended And Additional Office And Therapy Rooms Will Be Available For Subsequent Use On The 2Nd Floor. Building Access: The Rehabilitation Building Borders On An Existing Stairwell To The North, Which Connects And Provides Access To The North Transition Building And The Rehabilitation Building. The Existing Stairwell Will Be Expanded And Will Receive An Additional Bed Elevator To Accommodate The Future Increase In The Number Of Beds. The Second Escape Route Is Provided Via A New External Staircase In The North-Eastern Area Of The Extension. Construction: The Three-Story Extension Will Be Built Using Reinforced Concrete Construction. This Consists Of Load-Bearing External Walls As Well As Load-Bearing Walls And Supports Inside The Building. Due To The Additional Building Loads And In Order To Be Able To Avoid Major Interventions On The Ground Floor, The Ceilings Are Planned From Prefabricated Elements Using A Composite Construction Method (Stressed Concrete Hollow Slab Ceilings With Composite Beams That Are Level With The Ceiling). Prestressed Solid Plates Will Be Used In Defined Core Drilling Zones. The Technology Center On The Roof Of The North Transition Is Planned As A Light Steel Structure With A Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Roof And Clad With Sandwich Elements. The External Walls Receive An Etics System With Strip Cladding. The Extension Has A Flat Roof As An Extensively Green Warm Roof With Photovoltaic Modules. The Construction Work Should Take Place While Maintaining Ongoing Hospital Operations. Access To The Construction Site Is Required
