Health And Safety Consultancy Services – External Occupational Risk Prevention Service, For The Worker Personnel Of The Social Services Agency And Dependency Of Andalusia And Support Service For The Agencys Own Prevention Service. The Contract Includes The External Occupational Risk Prevention Service For The Work Staff Of The Social Services And Dependency Agency Of Andalusia, As Well As For The Civil Servants Of The Ministry Of Social Inclusion, Youth, Family And Equality With Functional Affiliation To Said Agency, In The Terms Provided For In The Collaboration Agreement Signed On December 27, 2021 Between Both Entities. The Contract Will Include The Preventive Specialties Of Industrial Hygiene, The Support Service For The Agencys Own Prevention Service And Occupational Medicine (Individual And Collective Health Surveillance), Exclusively With Respect To The Agencys Workforce. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Aforementioned Agreement Of December 27, 2021, The Specialty Of Occupational Medicine With Respect To Civil Servants Functionally Assigned To The Agency Corresponds To The Ministry, Which Assumes Specific Health Surveillance Based On The Risks Inherent To The Job, In The Terms Established In Article 22 Of Law 31/1995, On The Prevention Of Occupational Risks. Consequently, Civil Servants Are Only Included In The Scope Of This Contract In Those Preventive Activities Whose Execution Corresponds To The Agency In Accordance With The Aforementioned Agreement.
