The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Carrying Out Inspections Of The Grant Projects Indicated Below, Implemented In The Cybersecure Local Government Project. 2. The Purpose Of The Inspection Is To Confirm In Particular: 1) Compliance Of The Project Implementation With The Grant Agreement, 2) Compliance With The Provisions Of National And European Union Law And Program Rules, 3) Eligibility And Correctness Of The Incurred Expenses. If Any Irregularities Are Found, The Contractor Is Obliged To Qualify Them And - In Particular In The Field Of Procurement - Determine The Amount Of The Financial Correction In Accordance With The Applicable Guidelines. 3. Inspections Are Carried Out: - As A Rule, Remotely, - Exceptionally, In The Form Of Ad Hoc Inspections Or On-Site, At The Headquarters Of The Inspected Entity. 4. The Guaranteed Number Of Inspections Carried Out Under The Basic Order Is 125. 5. Inspections Will Be Carried Out Remotely, In Entities Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Adopted Schedule, Unless, In A Specific Case, The Ordering Party Orders Stationary Inspections At The Headquarters Of The Inspected Entity. 6. The Detailed Scope, Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Agreement And The Deadlines Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 9. The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party, No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 700,000.00 (In Words: Seven Hundred Thousand Zlotys).
