Asbestos-Removal Work – Framework Agreement For Depollution Work As Part Of Phase 2 Of Rehabilitation Work On The Mejanes Library. Following Positive Diagnoses Of The Presence Of Asbestos And Lead Materials Within The Library Buildings, It Is Necessary To Remove These Polluted Materials So That The Work Carried Out Subsequently Can Be Carried Out In Complete Safety On Healthy Surfaces. This Framework Agreement For Decontamination Works Only Concerns Phase 2 Of The Library Rehabilitation Work. This Consultation Is A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Amount Awarded In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders
