The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From All Owners Of Residential And Non-Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated From The Nowogrodziec Commune And The Transport Of All Collected Municipal Waste To The Municipal Installation In Lubań - Waste Utilization Center Of Lusatian Communes At Ul. Bazaltowa 1 In Lubań, For Further Development; 2) Operating The Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, Including Problematic Ones (Pszok) - Delivery Of Containers And Collection And Transport Of All Collected Municipal Waste To The Municipal Installation In Lubań - Waste Utilization Center Of Lusatian Communes At Ul. Bazaltowa 1 In Lubań, For Further Development. Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 1 Includes: 1) Collection Of Sorted Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties And Their Delivery To The Municipal Installation In Lubań; 2) Organization Of Selective Collection Of Waste: Paper, Metals And Plastics, Glass And Bio-Waste, Along With Their Collection And Delivery To The Municipal Installation In Lubań; 3) Collection Of Bulky Waste, Furniture, Used Tires, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment And Their Delivery To The Municipal Installation In Lubań; 4) Providing Property Owners With The Possibility Of Renting, Leasing Or Otherwise Using Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste; 5) Ensuring The Provision Of Washing And Disinfection Services For Municipal Waste Containers And Replacement Of Defective/Broken Containers Covered By This Order; 6) Servicing The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) To The Extent Indicated In The Swz; 7) Collection Of Expired Medicines And Used Batteries As Well As Collection Of Construction And Renovation Waste And Green Waste At The Individual Request Of Residents; 8) Organization Of Selective Collection Of Clothing And Textiles, Including Their Collection And Delivery To The Municipal Installation In Lubań; 9) Development Of A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule; 10) Providing The Ordering Party With Access To Data From The Gps System Monitoring The Movement Of Vehicles Used By The Contractor To Perform Services Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste In The Nowogrodziec Commune; 11) Keeping Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Entire Period Of Its Implementation Should Be Carried Out Using Equipment, Tools And Equipment That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
