The Subject Of The Basic Order Is A Service Consisting In Carrying Out Communication And Promotional Activities In The Project Entitled Management Of Regional Smart Specialization And The Process Of Entrepreneurial Discovery Under Measure 1.5 Regional Innovation Ecosystem Of European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 With Option Rights. 2. The Basic Order Includes: • Development Of Basic Elements Of Visual Identification; • Development Of Digital Graphic Materials; • Development And Publication Of A Series Of Articles On Innovation; • Development And Publication Of Additional Posts In Social Media (Beyond The Cycles Referred To In Point 3); • Conducting A Promotional Campaign On Social Media; • Production Of 8 Podcasts. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 277, 807, 1423 And 1661 And Of 2026, Items 25 And 473). 6. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract. 7. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union: Under The European Regional Development Fund; European Funds For Małopolska 2021 – 2027 Program.
