Restoration Work – Reconstruction Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering – Building B – Repetition. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Carry Out A Complete Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering Of The Czech Technical University In Prague – Building B, At Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Building”), With The Aim Of Ensuring That The Building Is, Upon Completion, A Modern, Gentle And Healthy Building Of The 21St Century Achieving Excellent Parameters In Terms Of Energy Efficiency. At The Same Time, The Building Must Be Fully Adapted To Its Purpose, I.E. To Provide A Comfortable And Functional Background For The Education Of Students, As Well As The Pedagogical, Research, Professional And Other Activities Of The Academic Staff And Other Employees Of The Client. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For Work For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction And Realization Of Construction Works During The Reconstruction Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering - Building B (Hereinafter Referred To As The Work), Including All Technology Supplies. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore Both Services During The Design Of The Work And Construction Work During Its Implementation, Including Putting The Work Into Operation In Accordance With Its Purpose. All This In The Manner And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Work During The Design And Implementation Of The Building, Including In Particular The Following Activities: A) Securing All Necessary Permits, Statements, Consents, Opinions And Other Documents Required By Law For The Execution And Use Of The Building; B) Processing/Modification Of Documentation For Planning Permission, Documentation For Building Construction, Documentation Of Actual Building Construction; C) Complete Implementation Of The Construction, Including Delivery Of Technologies; D) Ensuring Trial Operation Of The Building; E) Ensuring Approval Of The Building; F) Providing A Guarantee For The Mechanical And Technological Parts Of The Construction For A Period Of 60 Months; G) Provision Of A Guarantee On The Construction Parts Of The Building For A Period Of 60 Months; H) Introduction Of Energy Management Of The Building During The Trial Operation.
