The Present Planning Must Be Converted Into An Implementation Plan, The Construction Work Must Be Tendered, Awarded And Monitored Until Acceptance (According To Hoai 2021, Service Phase 5 To 8 Engineering Structures). The Objectives Of The Planning Project Are Derived As Follows: - Obtaining/Updating Construction Site Approval Through Renewed Participation Of Public Authorities, - Development Of Execution Documents, - Preparation And Implementation Of The Award Within The Framework Of Public Procurement Of Construction Work, - Support Of The Client Within The Framework Of Public Procurement For All Ancillary Engineering Construction Services (Sigeko, Control Surveying, External Monitoring Of The Building Site, Explosive Ordnance Clearance And Ecological Construction Monitoring) - Monitoring Of Construction Execution (Superintendent Construction Management & Local Construction Supervision) Up To Construction Acceptance.
