The termination kit shall be a composite/polymeric sealing end type with silicone sheds suitable for 66kV outdoor application. 2. The kit shall be designed for 145kV nominal voltage with a maximum system voltage Um of 145kV and shall be type tested as per IEC 60840. 3. The termination kit shall be suitable for single core 630mm² Copper conductor, XLPE insulated, copper wire screened, PE outer sheathed cable but shall accommodate a cable cross section of up to 2000 mm². 4. The unified specific creepage distance shall not be less than 56.3 mm/kV and the specific creepage distance shall not be less than 33.0 mm/kV. 5. The termination shall be designed for Very Heavy pollution conditions in accordance with IEC 60815. 6. The termination shall provide a watertight seal at the cable entry and shall maintain IP68 protection against moisture ingress for the service life. 7. The termination shall be suitable for operation in the temperature rand -30oC to 60oC 8. The termination conductor shall have a maximum short circuit current rating of at least 63kA for 1 second. 9. Bidders shall provide valid manufacturer type test data conducted in accordance with IEC 60840 and IEC 60815 for the exact 132 kV composite termination offered. The type tests data shall be submitted with the technical datasheet at the time of bidding. Generic test reports or reports for different designs will not be accepted.
