Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Road In Worliny (Section No. 1)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Road In Worliny (Section No. 1). The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility Or Subject Of The Order.2. The Project Is Planned To Include: Preparatory Works, Substructures, Surfaces, Finishing Works, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities, Swz, Contract Template And Annexes. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Tender Specifications Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure And Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice Together With The Warranty And Warranty Period. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. Bills Of Quantities Are Only Supporting Material. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Contractor Will Provide No Less Than 36 Months Of Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Work From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Final Subject Of The Order. 6. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.7. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And That The Contractor Provide The Companies Of The Subcontractors.8. The Task Will Be Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund.
