The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Together With The Development Of Documentation As Part Of The Task Development Of Bicycle Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Bierutów - In The Design And Build Mode, In Accordance With The Scope Of The Said Project, I.E.: 1) Development Of Design Documentation; 2) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route: A) Construction Works - Linear Infrastructure, B) Construction Works - Accompanying Infrastructure; C) Expenses For Accessibility - Project, Delivery And Installation Of Boards And Typhlographic Map. Location: Ul. Spacerowa Connecting The Town Of Bierutów, Which Is The Seat Of The Commune, And The Village Of Kijowice, Which Is A Traditional Recreational Base For The Inhabitants Of Bierutów. Length Of The Line - 0.908 Km. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task In Accordance With Project No. Feds.03.02-Iz.00-0003/26 Entitled Development Of Bicycle Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Bierutów And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program Prepared For The Above-Mentioned Project. The Pfu Contains A General Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Current Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, General Functional And Operational Properties, Detailed Functional And Operational Properties, I.E. Information On Site Preparation, The Need For Dismantling And Demolition, Information On Architecture, The Structure Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, Its Marking, Collisions With Existing Utilities, Greenery And Drainage. The Document Also Specifies The Employers Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Regarding Design Documentation And In Relation To The Scope And Form Of The Design, Required Documents, Construction Works, Scope Of Execution, Preparation Of The Construction Site, And Requirements For Design Studies. The Information Part Specifies What Materials Should Be Submitted To The Starosty In Order To Obtain A Building Permit, And Also Specifies The Initial Arrangements, I.E.
