Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Outdoor Pitch At The Gymnasium Of The 1St Secondary School At Ul. Mickiewicza 15-17 In Toruń.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The External Pitch At The Gymnasium Of The 1St Secondary School At Ul. Mickiewicza 15-17 In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Replacement Of The Synthetic Pitch Surface And Reconstruction Of The Pitch Lines, 2) Replacement Of The Net On The Fence And Ball Catchers Of The Pitch. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (The Ordering Partys Own Studies; Components Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract.4. In Addition, The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Taking Into Account The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Harm), A Requirement Of Which Results From Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing A Recovery And Resilience Facility And Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investment, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088.
