The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Retrofitting External Passenger Lifts In Multi-Family Residential Buildings (Front Buildings And Left Outbuilding) At Ul. Ząbkowska 7 In Warsaw, Including Projects For The Renovation Of Staircases And Corridors On Each Floor Of The Buildings, Development Of The Area With A Garbage Gazebo, Renovation Of The Gate Clearance Along With Renovation Of The Entrance Gate And Insulation Of The Foundations. The Documentation Will Be Prepared By The Contractor Divided Into: A) Part I. Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding Retrofitting The Buildings With External Passenger Lifts, B) Part Ii. Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Renovation Of Staircases And Corridors, C) Part Iii. Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Development Of The Area With A Garbage Gazebo, D) Part Iv. Containing The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Renovation Of The Gate Clearance Along With The Renovation Of The Entrance Gate, E) Part V. Containing The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Insulation Of The Foundations Of The Front Buildings And The Annex. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Together With The Appendices Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E. The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Consisting Of The Detailed Conditions Of The Contract, Called Wsu In The Order Documents, And The General Conditions Of The Contract For The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Called In The Owup Order Documents (Appendix No. 1 To The Wsu) - Together With Attachments, I.E., Among Others Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Contract And Standard For Finishing Staircases And Corridors - Annex No. 6 To The Contract - Jointly Constituting The Draft Contract.
