The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Modernization And Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Piła At Ul. Kwiatowa 5.1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Based On Design Documentation In The Following Industries: A) Construction, B) Electrical, C) Sanitary.2) The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Ordering Partys Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Other Documents Made Available, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3) The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis To Prepare The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read All The Documentation And Exercise The Greatest Care In Order To Prepare The Offer Correctly, And In Particular To Reliably Calculate The Price Of The Offer Adequate To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.4) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Completed Bid Cost Estimates.5) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Attic Of The Ordering Partys Building.6) Due To The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Existing Unit, All Works Related To The Execution Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Use Of The Facility. 7) Before Submitting An Offer, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Visit The Site. A Report Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz), Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit. A Site Visit Is Mandatory. Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Visit Results In Its Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Sets The Following Dates For The On-Site Inspection: July 6, 2026. R. Hours 12.00 And 09/07/2026 At 12.00. 8) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum 24-Month Warranty (Maximum 48 Months) For The Completed Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Will Provide Air Conditioning Service And Inspections. 9) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works (All Physical Work) In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer).
