4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Public Kindergarten In Popielów, As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Popielów Commune, Łubniany Commune And Murów Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, 2) Replacement Of Windows (Roof Windows) And External Doors, 3) Installation Of A Heat Pump And Decommissioning Of The Existing Boiler, 4) Replacement/Installation Of Sanitary Installations, 5) Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation, 6) Execution Of Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations, 7) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation With Energy-Saving Led Luminaires, 8) Installation Of Photovoltaic Cells With Installations With A Power Of 27.5 Kwp,9) Works Related To Increasing The Accessibility Of The Facility, Including: A) Renovation Of The Existing Driveway, B) Construction Of A New Driveway, C) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft With Accompanying And Installation Works, 10) Replacement Of The Roof Covering, 11) Replacement Of The Gutters With New Steel Ones In The Color Of The Roof Covering, 12) Replacement Of The Attic Insulation, 13) Renovation Of The Stairs External,14) Finishing And Supplementary Works,15) Carrying Out Tests, Inspections And Measurements,16) Carrying Out Measurements On The Basis Of Which The Device And/Or Systems For Compensating Reactive Power From The Power Grid Should Be Selected, Delivered And Installed. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Kindergarten Building May Be An Active Facility During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor And May Function In Normal Mode, Except For The Holiday Period (July And August), In Which The Kindergarten Will Be Closed. Then The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Works In A Way That Does Not Impede/Enable The Work Of The Unit. Outside The Holiday Period, Safe Access To The Facility Must Be Ensured For Staff, Children Attending Kindergarten And Their Parents/Guardians. If The Facility Can Be Closed For The Duration Of The Works, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor Selected In The Procedure And With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Designs, 2) Technical Designs, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), 4) Bills Of Quantities; When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Analyze The Subject Of The Order And The Swz, Taking Into Account All Elements Of The Technical Documentation And Other Documents Attached To The Swz.
