The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Equipment Intended For The Transport And Distribution Of Drinking Water, Including: 1) Agricultural Tractor - 1 Pc. 2) A Tank For Transporting Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 1,500 L On A Trailer - 1 Pc. 3) A Wagon For The Transport And Distribution Of Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 5,000 L - 1 Pc. 2. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused, Manufactured In 2026 And Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Mpgk W Bieczu Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Załawie 5, 38-340 Biecz.4. The Costs Of Transport, Unloading, Insurance And All Costs Related To Delivery Are Borne By The Contractor.5. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Operating Instructions In Polish, 2) Spare Parts Catalog, 3) Warranty Documents, 4) Documents Necessary For Registration, 5) Approval Certificates, 6) Ce Certificates, 7) Documents Confirming That The Tanks Are Approved For Contact With Drinking Water, Including Pzh Certificates.6. The Tractor Must Have A Zero Inspection.7. The Contractor Will Provide Training To The Ordering Partys Designated Employees In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment.8. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty: For An Agricultural Tractor - A Minimum Of 1,500 Operating Hours, For A 1,500 L Tank - A Minimum Of 12 Months, For A 5,000 L Wagon - A Minimum Of 12 Months.9. The Contractor Will Provide At Least The Sellers Service Point - Warranty And Post-Warranty Service And The Sale Of Spare Parts - At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.10. Detailed Technical Parameters For An Agricultural Tractor, A Tank For Transporting Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 1,500 L And A Vehicle For Transporting And Distributing Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 5,000 L Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To Swz.11. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
