The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Dirt Roads In The Dzierzkowice Commune In 2026 - A Task Financed From The Village Fund (Construction Works), The Scope Of Works Includes Hardening Of Internal Access Roads To Fields With A Dirt Surface With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate On 9 Sections Marked As Tasks From No. 1 To No. 9, With A Total Length Of 1,120 Km. In The Following Villages Of The Dzierzkowice Commune: The Condition For Activating The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Written Declaration Of Intent To Exercise This Right (In Whole Or In Part), Within 20 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Remuneration For The Works Covered By The Option Right Will Be Calculated As The Product Of The Units Of Measurement Actually Performed And Received And The Unit Prices Specified In The Contractors Bid Cost Estimate. The Exercise Of The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right The Ordering Party. Failure To Use The Option In Whole Or In Part Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims For Compensation Or Additional Remuneration On The Part Of The Contractor. The Exercise Of The Right To The Option Does Not Change The Contractual Deadline.
