1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Toilet And Replacement Of The Passenger Lift And Vertical Lift In The Building Of The J. Malczewski Museum In Radom.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Existing Toilet Into A Toilet Adapted For People With Disabilities / For Women And A Mens Toilet, Along With The Replacement Of The Existing Internal Passenger Lift With A New One And The Existing External Vertical Lift In The Building Of The Museum. J. Malczewskiego In Radom At Ul. Rynek 11, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Decision Of The Conservator Of Monuments And The Decision On The Building Permit.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Accordance With:• Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 11 To The Swz),• Architectural And Construction Design (Annex No. 12 To The Swz), Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz, In Particular: Decision Of The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments No. 998/Dr/25 Of November 20, 2025 And The Decision Of The President City Of Radom No. 445/2025 Of November 28, 2025, Approving The Architectural And Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit. The Documents Listed Together Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Law.4. The Contractor Will Ensure:• Use Only Products Approved For Trading In The Eu,• Personnel With Appropriate Authorizations.5. All Materials Used Must Be:• Brand New,• First-Class Quality,• Have Appropriate Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity,• Consistent With The Design Documentation, Swz Requirements, Applicable Regulations And Relevant Standards.6. Any References To Manufacturer Names, Technical Systems Or Standards Should Be Understood As Illustrative. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.7. The Burden Of Proof To Ensure The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions Rests With The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Pzp.8 Act. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate An Equivalent Solution In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Solutions Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Approved Architectural And Construction Design, The Conditions Of The Decision Of The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments, The Conditions Of The Decision On The Building Permit And The Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.
