1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works; 2) Performance Of Protection And Maintenance Works Within The Existing Tree Stand; 3) Execution Of Earthworks, Including Trenching For The Construction Layers Of The Pavement; 4) Construction And Surface Of The Road Of Traffic Category Kr2 From The Ac11s Mineral-Asphalt Mixture; 5) Construction Of Exits With A Surface Made Of The Mixture Mineral And Asphalt;6) Construction Of Sidewalks From Concrete Cubes;7) Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate And Curb Sewage From 10×10 Cm Granite Cubes;8) Construction Of Street Elements, Including Curbs And Edges;9) Construction Of Culverts And Storm Sewage System, Including Culverts Under The Exits And Under The Road, Storm Sewage Network With Connections;10) Renovation Of The Bridge Structure M-1, Including The Construction Of A Resin Band On The Bridge Structure, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 11) Restoration Of Roadside Ditches; 12) Construction Of Embankments; 13) Execution Of Finishing And Supplementary Works; 14) Execution Of Target Traffic Organization, Including Vertical And Horizontal Markings. The Investment In Question Is Located Within The Historic Rural Layout Of The Town And Within The Archaeological Observation Zone For Towns Of Medieval Origin. The Investment Area Is Included In The Provincial Register Of Monuments And Is Subject To Conservation Protection In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Above Conditions When Planning And Implementing The Works, Including Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Decisions And Arrangements Of The Competent Monument Protection Authority, As Well As To Ensure - If This Results From The Issued Administrative Decisions Or Applicable Regulations - Archaeological Supervision Conducted By A Person With The Required Authorizations And To Cooperate With This Supervision Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Works.2.
