The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Valid Building Permit, Health And Safety Information (Bioz) And Fire Safety Instructions, B) Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Conditioning The Conduct Of Construction Works, C) Preparation Of The Bioz Plan By The Construction Manager And Submission For Approval By The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of Construction Works D) Submitting A Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works To The State Administration Body - Pinb In Lidzbark Warmiński, E) Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment, F) Construction Of The Designed Hall By Qualified Workers In The Scope Described In Detail Below, G) Delivery And Assembly Of Devices And Installations In The Facility, H) Carrying Out Final Tests And Operational Tests, I) Managing The Works In The Person Of The Construction Manager And, If Necessary, Managers Of Industrial Works, Having Appropriate Construction Qualifications To The Extent Required For The Given Works, J) Exercising Authors Supervision, K) Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation Covering The Designed Hall Warehouse, Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Technical And Operational Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions, L) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Hall, Devices And Installations Confirmed By A Protocol, M) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits Resulting From Legal Provisions Enabling The Operation Of The Facility, Devices And Installations, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. N) Handing Over The Facility To The Ordering Party For Use. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
