1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Development Of A Sports And Recreational Area In Ruszów, Including The Installation Of A Device Up To 1 M High On Plot No. 217/6.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And The Stwiorb And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In This Tor. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) Or Stwiorb.
