Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transport Services To Schools In The Nagłowice Commune On Regular Lines Created By The Contractor With Priority For Students With A Monthly Ticket In The 2026/2027 School Year

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services To Schools In The Nagłowice Commune, Including Child Care, On Regular Lines Established By The Contractor, With Priority For Children And School Youth With A Monthly Ticket, In The 2026/2027 School Year, To Kindergartens And Schools Listed Below: 1/ Complex Of Educational Institutions In Nagłowice (Primary School, Kindergarten Local Government)2/ Complex Of Educational Institutions In Warzyna Drugi (Primary School, Local Government Kindergarten) The Ordering Party Will Purchase Monthly Tickets For Children And Students Of The Above-Mentioned Kindergartens And Schools. Approximately 277 Children And Students Will Be Transported Daily, Including Approximately 49 Children Under 6 Years Of Age. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Number Of Children And Students As Well As The Towns From Which The Students Will Be Picked Up May Change, Which May Result In The Lengthening Or Shortening Of The Route Mileage, But Not By More Than 20% In Relation To The Total Number Of Kilometers And Students On All Routes. Such A Change Will Not Change The Contract Or Change The Price Of The Monthly Ticket. Transport On Regular Lines Will Be Performed On School Days In The 2026/2027 School Year, Using The Rolling Stock At The Contractors Disposal, In The Form Of Establishing Regular Passenger Transport. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Costs Related To Meeting The Requirements Required From The Carrier Under The Above-Mentioned Acts And Other Special Provisions Necessary For The Proper Provision Of Transport Services In Accordance With The Law. In Order To Open Regular Lines, The Contractor Will Also Complete All Necessary Formalities Required By Law, In Particular Obtain Appropriate Documents From The Competent Authority To Perform Regular Transport In The Nagłowice Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Given Number Of Students Is An Estimate That Should Be Used To Calculate The Price Offer. The Guaranteed Number Of Tickets That Will Be Ordered And Collected Is 80% Of The Value Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
