Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Sports Locker Room In Dychów

The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Renovation Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms Located In The Gymnasium Building In The Town Of Dychów. The Investment Is Located On The Registered Plot No. 96/4, Dychów District, Plot Id 080202_2.0009.96/4, Located In The Town Of Dychów, Bobrowice Commune, Krosno Poviat. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Renovation Of Two Sports Locker Rooms (Mens And Womens) Along With The Associated Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms, Located Next To The Gymnasium. The Existing Technical Condition Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities Was Assessed As Satisfactory, But Insufficient In Terms Of Functionality And Standard Of Use. The Planned Works Are Aimed At Adapting The Rooms To The Current Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In The Applicable Regulations, In Particular With Regard To The Technical Conditions That Buildings And Their Location Should Meet, As Well As Increasing The Standard Of Finishing, Durability And Comfort Of Use. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes In Particular: • Renovation And Restoration Of The Finishing Of Walls, Ceilings And Floors, • Replacement Of Internal And External Door Joinery (Main Doors) • Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment (Washbasins, Toilet Bowls And Urinals), • Installation Of New Cloakroom Equipment, Including Lockers, Shelves And Small Pieces Of Equipment In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities • Replacement Of Electrical Installation Equipment And Lighting Fixtures, And Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In The Cloakroom Indicated In The List Of Equipment (Bill Of Quantities). New Electrical Sockets Should Be Provided In The Sanitary Facilities For Equipment Requiring Connection To Electricity (Pocket Dryers, Air Conditioning In Room 01). The Implementation Of The Investment Does Not Change The Way The Facility Is Used Or Its Basic Parameters Technical, Functional And Cubature. The Works Will Be Of A Renovation Nature And Will Be Performed Within The Existing Building Structure. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment.
