Note: Road Slabs Obtained From Demolition And Suitable For Re-Building Should Be Delivered To The Premises Of Pszok Nadziejewo, Which Is Located Approx. 1.7 Km From The Investment Site. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is For Illustrative Purposes Only, And Any Elements Of Work Resulting From The Design Not Included In Them Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration.4. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation.
