The Investment In Question Includes The First Stage Of Reconstruction Of The Administrative Building In The Scope Of Adapting The Basement Rooms For A Civil Defense Warehouse In Głogówek, Ul. Lipowa 6B. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of Existing Basement Rooms, Including Demolition Of Walls And Floors, Construction Of New Floor Layers On The Ground, Construction Works Including The Construction Of Walls, Lintels And Spindles, As Well As The Installation Of Door And Window Joinery And Security Elements. The Task Also Includes The Execution Of Sanitary Installation Works, Including Water Supply And Sewage Systems, As Well As Works Related To Land Development, Including Earthworks, Construction Of Substructures And Surfaces, Underground Insulation, Stormwater And Sanitary Sewage Networks, And Elements Of External Infrastructure. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Prepare The Basement Part Of The Building To Serve As A Civil Defense Warehouse, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Requirements And Applicable Regulations. A Detailed Description Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 8, Design Documentation, Which Includes: Construction Designs, Stwior And Bill Of Quantities.
