The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Bus Shelters And Bicycle Shelters In The Gogolin Commune. The Task Includes, Among Others: Dismantling Existing Shelters And Installing New Shelters Along With Replacing The Hardened Surface Within The Shelters Using Materials Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain Approval Of The Traffic Management Design For The Duration Of The Works From The Relevant Road Manager. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz. All References To Standards In The Technical Documentation And The Devices And Materials Indicated By Name Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That In The Case Of The Materials (Products) Indicated By Name, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Of No Lower Quality Than Those Described In The Design Documentation. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Design And Ensuring The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Equivalent Products And Devices Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Inappropriate. Such A Division Of The Contract Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. Coordination Of The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Another Important Reason For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Is That The Ordering Party Obtains A Quality Guarantee For The Entire Order; After Dividing It Into Parts, It Would Be Difficult To Obtain Such A Guarantee And There Would Be Excessive Fragmentation Of Responsibility Among Different Contractors And Would Pose A Threat To Pursuing Claims Under The Guarantee Or Warranty. Due To The Scope Of Work To Be Performed, Which Are Closely Interconnected And Dependent, Division Into Parts Could Cause Problems With The Timely Completion Of Individual Parts And The Entire Order. Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Can Freely Apply For The Order, Subcontracting Is Also Allowed, So There Is Absolutely No Question Of Distorting Competition By
