The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Transport Related To The Delivery Of Children And Students To Schools In The Fajsławice Commune. Transport Covers The Route: Home-School-Home, In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 820, As Amended). The Service Will Be Settled Based On The Number Of Monthly Tickets Issued. The Number Of Monthly Tickets Needed In A Given Month Covered By The Order Will Be Provided To The Contractor By School Principals By The 20Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month For Which The Demand Is Determined (In Advance). Transport Will Be Carried Out On School Days, During The 2026/2027 School Year, Excluding Holidays, Holidays, Holiday Breaks, Days Off From Classes And Days On Which Classes Will Not Be Held Due To Extraordinary Circumstances Related To, E.G. Related To The Occurrence Of An Epidemic, And In The Event Of The Introduction Of Distance Learning. In The Event Of Making Up For School Classes On Another Day Free From Classes, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Transport For Students And Children In Accordance With The Arrangements With Persons Representing The Educational Institutions Covered By This Order. This Procedure Covers Transport To The Following Institutions In The Fajsławice Commune: 1) Primary School In Fajsławice; 2) Primary School In Siedliska Drugie. Detailed Schedules For Transporting Students Will Be Presented To The Contractor By August 20, 2026 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change Course Hours Resulting From Real Demand. In The 2026/2027 School Year, The Transport Of Children And Students To Schools Will Cover Approximately 133 Students (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz). The Number Of Transported Students May Change, Depending On The Number Of Children Attending Schools In A Given School Year. The Detailed Number Of Children And Students Transported In A Given School Year Will Be Presented To The Contractor By August 20, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Children And Students, In Particular In The Event Of The Circumstances Indicated In Point 4.5 Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Group Guardian On Each Bus, Whose Task Will Be To Take Care Of The Transported Children. This Guardian Cannot Be A Bus Driver.
