The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1366W (Ul. Traugutta) In Żelechów (Section From Ul. Piłsudskiego To Ul. Sienkiewicza). The Reconstruction Of The District Road Will Consist In Demolition Works Of The Layers Of The Road Surface Structure. Then, Earthworks For The Storm Sewage System Will Be Carried Out Along With Its Construction. The Next Stage Will Be The Construction Of The Substructure, The Construction Of A Sidewalk, The Construction Of Individual Exits And The Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Surface. Work Will Be Carried Out To Remove Interference With Energy, Gas, Water And Telecommunications Networks. After Completing The Above-Mentioned Works, Vertical And Horizontal Markings Will Be Made And Traffic Safety Elements Will Be Installed. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies Any Material, Device Or Product By Providing The Manufacturers Name Or In Another Similar Way That Could Hinder Fair Competition, It Is Allowed To Use Equivalent Solutions For These Materials, Devices Or Products, I.E. While Maintaining Parameters Not Worse Than Those Provided For In The Technical Documentation. Each Time The Use Of An Alternative Solution Must Be Agreed With The Supervisory Inspector. Such Changes Do Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In This Tor Should Be Interpreted As Definitions Of Standards And Not As Names Of Specific Solutions Applicable In Technical Documentation And Should Be Read With The Note Or Equivalent.
