The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Active Playground In The Local Government Nursery In Goworówek, Located On Plot No. 127/3 And Part Of Plot No. 127/5 In Goworówek. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparatory And Earthworks, Including Drainage, Profiling And Soil Compaction. As Part Of The Task, The Playground Surface Should Be Made Of Vistula Sand And The Installation Of Polyurethane Edges. The Order Also Includes The Construction Of A Natural Elevation Of The Area Constituting An Additional Play Element. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install Play Equipment, Including Swings, A Play Set, A Locomotive, Themed Houses, Educational And Musical Devices And Elements Of Small Architecture In Accordance With The Development Design. The Equipment Should Also Include A Table, A Bench, A Waste Bin And An Information Board. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Two Fabric Roofs On Wooden Poles. Additionally, Three Concrete Flower Pots Should Be Delivered And Installed Along With Planting Min. 12 Pieces Of Perennial Plants With A Height Of Min. 50 Cm. Any Composition. In Terms Of Concrete Flower Pots, The Ordering Party Informs That Rectangular, Gray Flower Pots Should Be Used. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Detailed Minimum Dimensions Of The Pots In Terms Of Width And Height. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Using One Pot With A Minimum Length Of 2.00 M Or Two Pots With A Length Of 1.00 M Each. The Contractor Is Obliged To Build A 1 M High System Fence With A Gate And The Necessary Foundations. A 1 M High Panel Fence System, Anthracite Color - Ral 7016, With A Gate Should Be Used. The Playground Equipment Has Been Designed In Accordance With Applicable Standards. Placing The Devices On Foundations Does Not Interfere With The Areas Utilities. The Location Of The Devices Should Be Found In The Land Development Plan. There Is An Obligation To Present The Necessary Documents With The Delivery Of Devices, I.E. Pzh Certificate, Declaration Of Conformity From The Manufacturer, Device Data Sheet For Correct Identification. All Devices And Materials Must Be Brand New, Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 Standard And Have The Required Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Devices Provided That The Operational, Quality And Functional Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Required.
