Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Empty Rooms In The Primary School Building In Kaława For Use As A Village Hall

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Existing Primary School Building For The Purpose Of Housing The Village Hall Together With The Necessary Technical And Installation Infrastructure. The Scope Includes Construction, Installation, Ventilation And Finishing Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation.1.2. The Facility Is An Educational Building From 1992, Three-Story, Constructed Using Traditional Technology. The Works Include A Separate Part Of The Ground Floor, Which Currently Serves As An Auxiliary And Storage Facility And Is In A Shell State (No Plasters, Floors, Damaged Woodwork).1.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Included In The Annex To The Swz. 1.4.
