The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is The Preparation, Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Of A Construction And Executive Design And, On Their Basis, Execution Of Construction Works For The Task: Protection And Development Of Biodiversity In The Mstów Commune Through The Creation Of The Pocket Park2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Inventory, Including: Geodetic And Photographic Inventory Of The Study Area Before The Design And Commencement Of Construction Works; - Obtaining Starting Materials For Design, Including Maps For Design Purposes; - Development Of The Land Development Concept; - Development Of A Multi-Discipline Construction, Executive And Other Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454). The Design Should Be Prepared To The Degree Of Accuracy Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction And Gardening Works; - Preparation Of Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, - Obtaining All Required Certificates, Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions - If Required By Law; - Cutting Out Self-Seeding Trees, Including Invasive Alien Species (E.G. Goldenrod), Removing Existing Surfaces, Hardening, Turf And Preparing The Ground To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment; - Execution Of Construction Works, Including: Construction Of Educational Paths: Mineral Surfaces Of Pedestrian Routes, Rest Areas; - Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture; - Construction Of A Reservoir Water - Rain Garden And Green Roof; - Establishing Landscaped Green Areas, I.E. Planting Greenery - Consisting Of Native Species (Including: Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Ornamental Grasses, Bulbous Plants), Laying A Lawn, Flower Beds; - Providing Author/Design Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works; - Preparing As-Built Documentation And Surveying Inventory.
