1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Peoples House In Turów.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Of The Cultural Center And Volunteer Fire Department In Turów, Located On The Plot No. 483/8, Turów District, Kąkolewnica Commune.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Extension Of The Existing Building With A Single-Story Part Without A Basement, Functionally Connected To The Existing Facility, With A Building Area Of 100.80 M², Usable Area Of 85.64 M² And Volume Of 611.46 M³; 2) Execution Of Construction Works, Including Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Foundation Walls And Above Ground, Reinforced Concrete Elements, Roof Structure And Roof Covering;3) Performance Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation, Including Insulation Of Walls, Foundations, Floor And Roof;4) Performance Of Finishing Works, In Particular Plasters, Stoneware Floors, Wall Cladding, Painting, Sheet Metal Work, Gutters And Downpipes, Window And Door Joinery;5) Performance Of Works Related To Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Part Of The Building To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;6) Construction, Reconstruction And Connection Of Internal Installations And Connections, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical, Ventilation, Cctv And Fire Protection Installations;7) Power Supply Of The Designed Part Of The Building From Existing Connections And Connection To The Existing Sewage System; Drainage Of Rainwater Into The Green Area Within The Boundaries Of The Plot;8) Hardening Of The Area Around The Facility With Concrete Cubes, Along With Reconstruction Works And Landscaping;9) Implementation Of The Required Fire Safety Elements, Including Emergency Evacuation Lighting And Marking Of Escape Routes. 4. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 10 To The Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
