The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Type B Sanitary Ambulance With A 4X4 Drive For The Municipal Hospital In Morąg, Together With Medical Equipment (Within The Meaning Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 1789: 2021-02 Or Equivalent), With Technical Parameters Consistent With The Content Of The Specification. Subject Of The Order - The Ambulance Must Have A Complete Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Or Another Document Allowing For Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Requires Offering A Brand New Vehicle With No Operational Mileage, With The Production Date Of The Base Vehicle At Least 2025. The Offered Ambulance Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 1789:2021 Or Equivalent Standard And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). The Offered Medical Products Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Parameters Of The Vehicles And Equipment Presented In The Appendix Are Absolutely Required Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In The Event That Trademarks, Patents Or Patents Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp, They Should Be Understood As Exemplary. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Pzp Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. Are Indicated In This Tor Or Other Procurement Documents. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, It Should Be Assumed That The Words Or Equivalent Were Used In Reference To It. By An Equivalent Solution, The Ordering Party Understands A Solution That Makes It Possible To Achieve The Effect Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Using Other Technical Solutions. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer If The Solutions Proposed In The Offer (Proven By The Contractor Using The Means Of Evidence In Question) Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
