The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract For No Less Than 3 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works (Basic Warranty), With The Exception Of Led Luminaires, For Which The Warranty Period Is At Least 5 Years, And Aluminum Poles, For Which The Warranty Period Is At Least 12 Years (In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Technical Documentation) From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 5 Years.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities (As An Auxiliary Element For Price Calculation), Which Constitute Annexes To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).5. The Prepared Offer Must Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.6.
