The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out In The Design And Build System Related To The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies Specified In Polioc - Construction Of A Warehouse Hall. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development - On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Provided By The Ordering Party - Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Together With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions And Permits Enabling The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, 2) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Developed For The Project, Culminating In The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Active Support For The Ordering Party In Order To Obtain An Occupancy Permit By The Ordering Party Or To Notify Pinb About The Completion Of The Works (If Applicable).4.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Developed Documentation, It Is Necessary To: 1) Prepare Documents Enabling The Notification Of The Appropriate Authorities And Units About The Commencement Of Works, 2) Perform Preparatory Work, 3) Provide Surveying Services, 4) Transport Excavated Material From Road Demolition, 5) Perform Earthworks, 6) Lay Foundations, 7) Deliver And Install A Steel Structure, 8) Make Wall And Roof Coverings, 9) Make An Industrial Concrete Floor, 10) Install Joinery Window, Door And Gate,11) Perform Electrical Installations: Installation Of Lighting, Installation Of 230 And 430V Sockets,12) Install A Fire Protection Switch,13) Perform External Lighting Installation,14) Perform Monitoring,15) Construct And Install A Fence, Entrance Gate,16) Harden The Area In Front Of The Facility With Concrete Cubes And Reclaimed Asphalt;4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With Annexes And Other Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Analyze The Subject Of The Order And Swz, Taking Into Account The Ffu And The Documents Attached To The Swz.
