1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Creation Of A Playground In Grądy As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds Program 20262. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: Construction Works In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation, Which Should Include, Among Others: 1. Execution Of Demolition Works 2. Execution Of Earthworks 3. Execution Of Works Modifying The Area 4. Execution Of Works To Develop The Area 5. Purchase Of Materials And Plants For Land Development 6. Purchase And Installation Of Small Architecture Objects 7. Purchase And Installation Of Equipment Permanently Attached To The Ground 8. Purchase Of Equipment Not Attached To The Ground 9. Purchase And Creation Of A Safe Surface 10. Purchase And Installation Of Equipment Providing Shade 11. Purchase And Installation Of Storage Compartments And Other Facilities For Storing Play Aids The Detailed Scope Of The Task Is Specified In The Design Documentation Along With The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications, However, The Contractor Its Assumptions Are To Adopt The Widest Possible Scope. The Scopes Of Work To Be Performed Are Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Ordering Party Also Attaches A Bill Of Quantities, Which Serves Only To Supplement The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Descriptions Of The Works To Be Performed In The Design Documentation And The Descriptions Of The Works In The Attached Bill Of Quantities, The Basis For Determining The Description Of The Works Is The Design Documentation (Technical Documentation). The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials, The Materials Must Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law. All Materials Used Should Comply With Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals And Have Documents Such As: Attestation Or Certificate Or Certificate Of Conformity Or Declaration Of Conformity. The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Ordering Party An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities, No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Cost Estimate Referred To In Section 1, Will Be Used To Calculate The Value Of Replacement Works, Increase/Reduce The Scope And Settlements In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract.
