The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Engineering Construction Works For The Renovation Of Road No. 3046 D From Km 15+890 To Km 16+240 On The Przeworno - Sarby Section (Plots No. 315, Cierpice District And 88/1, Sarby District), Including The Construction Of A New Road Surface (Milling, Laying A New Surface), Roadside Surfaces, Cleaning, Profiling And Restoration Of Existing Roadside Ditches Along With Clearing Of Bushes. Parameters Of The Road Design (Except For Plot No. 6) - Road Class - Z - Traffic Category - Kr2 - Road Width - 6.0 M - 6.40 - Side Width - 0.70 M - The Total Length Of The Planned Road Renovation Is ~ 350 M - Road Area ~ 2130.7 M2 - Cross-Slope Of The Road - Roof Slope 2% - Lateral Slope Of The Roadside - 6-8% In Order To Create A New Surface, It Is Necessary To Remove The Existing Bituminous Layers Of The Road Surface. The Existing Subgrade At The Site Of Works Should Be Profiled To The Width Of The Planned Road Or Widening And Compacted To Obtain The Is = Min. 1.00. The Existing Foundation In Places Of Breakthroughs Should Be Strengthened By Making A Foundation Of Mechanically Compacted Crushed Aggregate And Making A Leveling Layer Of Ac 16 W Asphalt Concrete And Compacting It. New Construction Layers Should Be Laid On The Prepared Substrate. Along The Surface, New Shoulders Should Be Made Of A 20 Cm Thick Mechanically Compacted Aggregate Mixture. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Connections Between Subsequent Layers Of The Road Structure. The Existing Surface Should Be Sprinkled After Mechanical Cleaning Before Laying A Layer Of Crushed Aggregate Or Asphalt Concrete. Then, After Placing The Aggregate And Between The Asphalt Layers, Sprinkling Should Be Performed Using Cationic Asphalt Emulsions According To Pn-En 13808 And Wt-3 Asphalt Emulsions. Before Starting Work Related To The Construction Of The Designed Structures, Demolition Of Existing Surfaces Not Intended For Use Should Be Carried Out. The Milled Material And Stone Material Obtained During The Demolition Works Are The Property Of The Ordering Party And Should Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located Approximately 16 Km From The Place Of Work (Strzelin Ul. Nyska). The Scope Of Works Includes: - Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface (Wearing Layer) - Demolition Of The Sub-Base And Construction Of A Trough For The Structural Layers Of The Pavement On The Breakthrough Surfaces - Construction Of A Drainage Layer On The Surfaces Breakthroughs - Construction Of A Foundation Made Of Mechanically Compacted Crushed Aggregate - Construction Of A Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete - Construction Of A Wearing Course - Removal Of Bushes From The Surface Of Ditches And Roadsides - Cleaning Of Ditches From Silt - Construction Of Roadsides - Construction Of Exit Surfaces - Installation Of Steel Road Barriers - Erection Of Horizontal Markings (Using Thick-Layer Technology) And Vertical Markings According To The Approved Design Of Pe
