Scope: Reconstruction And Expansion Of An Existing Public Utility Building With An External Passenger Lift With A Vestibule And External Stairs. The Order Covers The Full Scope Of Construction, Finishing, Installation And Road Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility After Expansion: • Earthworks, Dismantling And Preparatory Works, • Construction Works, • Reconstruction And Finishing Works Inside The Building, • Facade And External Finishing Works, • Installation And Technological Works (Passenger Lift), • Land Development (External Works). The Ordering Party Requires From The Contractor At Least 36-Month Quality Guarantee Period (12 Quarters). Detailed Information Is Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). These Documents Constitute Attachments To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Provided Are Only Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration. The Design Documentation Has Been Divided Into Two Parts. The First Part Covers The Scope Consistent With The Obtained Building Permit. The Second Part Contains Studies On Works That Were Carried Out By The Ordering Party After The Issuance Of This Decision And Do Not Require Obtaining A New Building Permit. If In Any Of The Documents, I.E. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, It Is Described In Relation To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
