The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Investor Cost Estimates For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Gate Damming Water In A Drainage Ditch In The Rocha Forestry. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Forests For Wetlands - Protection Of Hydrogenic Habitats In Naturally Valuable Areas (Gmok). The Aim Of The Task Is To Prepare Documentation Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Device For Damming And Retaining Water In A Drainage Ditch, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law, Field Conditions, Environmental Protection Requirements And Project Objectives. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To:1. Developing Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Complete The Task;2. Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;4. Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate;5. Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities;6. Preparing Or Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes Covering The Area Necessary To Design And Implement The Task, Including Entire Plots, If This Is Required For The Proper Development Of Documentation Or Obtaining Decisions, Arrangements And Consents;7. Making A Site Visit Before Preparing Documentation;8. Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Technical Conditions, Permits And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Task;9. Determining The Appropriate Formal And Legal Procedure For The Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular Whether A Building Permit, Construction Works Notification, Water Permit, Water Law Notification Or Other Decisions Or Consents Are Required For The Task;10. Preparing A Complete Application For A Building Permit Or A Complete Notification Of Construction Works - Depending On The Established Procedure;11. Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit For The Entire Task Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works Without Any Objection From The Competent Authority;12. Preparing, If Required, A Water Law Report And Obtaining A Water Law Permit Or Submitting A Water Law Notification;13. Obtaining, If Required, A Decision On Environmental Conditions, A Location Decision, A Public Purpose Decision, Ownership Consents, Arrangements With Managers Of Watercourses, Ditches, Roads, Networks Or Other Relevant Entities;14. Preparation Of Documentation In A Manner Enabling The Description And Conduct Of Future Proceedings For The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law.
