In Accordance With The First Stage Of Work, The Facility Was Renovated And Rebuilt In Order To Restore Its Educational Functions - A Public Library And The Regional Information Center. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Second Stage Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction Of An Educational Building With Adaptation Of Rooms To The Functions Of The Library And Regional Information Center, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Cost Estimate And Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Finishing Works Inside The Building, Installation Works, Conservation Works Related To The Insulation Of Foundation Walls, Land Development And The Supply Of Equipment Necessary To Achieve The Expected Investment Effect. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Perform Construction Works Constituting The Second Stage Of The Investment Implementation. The Supply Of Equipment Is Complementary And Remains Functionally Related To The Construction Works Being Carried Out And The Achievement Of Full Functionality Of The Facility. Consequently, This Order Should Be Qualified As A Construction Works Order Also Including Supplies Related To The Implementation Of The Investment.
