Task No. 1 – Covers From 5 To 50 People1. Order Type: Service.2. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Catering Services For The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences - Tasks. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Implementation Of Catering Services For The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Which Will Be Provided Indoors On The Premises Of The University Or Other Places Indicated By It In The City Of Wrocław, As Well As Outdoors In The City, As Part Of Individual Tasks Depending On The Number Of Participants In A Given Meeting: Task No. 1 - Covers From 5 To 50 People; The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer For One Of His Choice. Task.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz (For All Tasks No. 1 - 3), While The Price Form For The Task Is Included In Annex No. 5 And For Task No. 1. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Entry In The Register Of Establishments Kept By The State District Sanitary Inspector Competent For The Seat Of The Establishment Or Place Of Business Confirming The Possibility Of Providing Services In A Given Scope. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Applies To All Tasks)7. Contract Validity Period: 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Possibility Of Extension To A Maximum Of 18 Months. 8. Individual Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party At The Latest: For Task No. 1: Up To 5 Business Days Before The Planned Date Of The Meeting (Performance Of The Catering Service) - Assuming That The Day On Which The Notification Was Submitted Is Not Included.
