The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Conceptual, Design And Surveying Works Related To The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Public Utility Building - A Village Community Center That Also Serves As A Warehouse - Along With Comprehensive Land Development On Plot No. 74/11 In Jarużyn, Commune. Osielsko. Creating A Concept Of Land Development Is Aimed At Implementing An Investment Related To The Integration Of The Communes Inhabitants Through A Place Of Recreation, Relaxation And Common Games, As Well As The Construction Of A Community Center. Scope Of Conceptual Work. Conceptual Work Includes The Development Of: Task No. 1 - Construction Of A Building For A Village Community Center Along With The Development Of The Area Immediately Adjacent To The Facility, Necessary To Ensure Its Proper Functioning; Task No. 2 - Development Of The Remaining Part Of The Area Covered By The Investment. As Part Of The Development Of A Concept Covering Both Tasks The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare At Least Two Architectural Variants, Taking Into Account The Location Of The Building, The Functional And Utility Arrangement Of The Rooms And The Method Of Land Development. Each Variant Should Be Presented In The Form Of A Visualization, Enabling The Assessment Of The Adopted Design Solutions. The Prepared Variants Of The Concept Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval. After The Ordering Party Selects The Target Variant, The Contractor Will Begin To Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Selected Solution. Task No. 1 The Subject Of The Order Are Conceptual, Design And Surveying Works Regarding The Construction Of A Public Building, A Village Community Center Also Serving As A Warehouse, Along With Internal And External Installations And Connections. Designed In A Single-Story Public Building With An Area Of Approx. 250-350 M², The Main Hall With An Area Of Approx. 110 M² Will Serve A Hybrid Function: On A Daily Basis As A Village Community Center (Zone Of Permanent Residence Of People), And In Times Of Crisis, Threat Or War As A Warehouse For Food And Civil Protection And Civil Defense Equipment (Olioc). The Design Documentation Must Meet All Technical And Formal Requirements Of The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.
